First day back to work tomorrow after a 2 week medical leave. Then Tuesday I'm meeting my Oncologist and having my first cancer infusion treatment. A lot on my shoulders this week.

Took a short walk on public lands today that turned into a 5.58 mile chatty, smiley, thrill of nature exploration. Got to walk a portion of NC's Mountain-to-sea trail...SWEET!!!
