I was thinking the same. From MacGroveland in Saint Paul I walk many places. There are corners of commerce. I can go treelined streets in most any direction and within a mile or less hit a new corner with commerce. Bakery, ice cream, restaurant, grocery, pharmacy etc.

I found it odd that the baseline is 7 drinks a week, and by comparison those that had 40 drinks a week have 41% greater chance of dementia. 40 drinks a week seems like alcoholism to me, unless I am missing something….
