The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom was a fun surprise this year and is the game I played more than any other. It’s a unique, but still familiar, take on the Legend of Zelda formula.

Miriam is a character that was supposed to make an appearance in a Daggerheart game my group recently played but her scene was cut for time.
She was saved as a teenager by these same players in a D&D one shot. Meeting her (again) was to be a surprise. I am excited for their eventual reunion.

Despite staying up late to put these on the smoker, getting up early to tend to them, and standing outside in 15 degree temperatures, cooking for people is still my favorite activity. Rewarding, always a learning experience, and nothing beats the smiles it brings friends and family. #barbecue
