I don't know if it's that simple. Yes, they can (and likely have) scrubbed the files (but a problematic number of ppl know this). But if Person A is in them, and Person B isn't, Person A is going to say (and testify) "I was on the island with Person B" (and they will be motivated to do so).

It's far more a "don't do anything stupid on any given day" kind of business...

Strengths: Seamless integration into OS (I'm Mac), so Dropbox files org are inside Finder. Mobile app very nice, as well... If I'm out and about and client emails "Hey, where was that file again?", you can manage on phone. Not great: Playing videos on Dropbox not smooth... download first to screen.

I know it's not cool to recommend, but Dropbox has been zero-hassle/zero-issue for me for years (knock on desk). Super easy.
