Putin is delusional. Putin invaded Ukraine three & a half years ago. He said it would be over in three days. Russia still can't take down Ukraine. Now he wants to talk tough against Europe? He doesn't have the money. He doesn't have the resources. He doesn't have the troops. He'd be dead in a week.
