When a private citizen, business, or television network bows to government intimidation, it strikes at the heart of our First Amendment rights. Creative artists must be free to do their work without fear that their careers or their family's livelihoods will be disrupted simply for their opinions. These cases pull the rug out from under the hardworking American workers behind the scenes who make these productions possible. At a time when America's film and television industry is still struggling due to globalization and industry contraction, further unnecessary job losses only make a bad situation worse. Finally, media companies have a responsibility to defend their workers and the integrity of the stories they tell. All broadcasters must stand firm in defense of free expression and the First Amendment, not capitulate to a policy of political appeasement.

We appreciate FCC Chairman Carr's remarks today and this incident highlights the critical need for the FCC to take immediate regulatory action to address control held over local broadcasters by the big national networks." Sinclair's ABC stations will air a special in remembrance of Charlie Kirk this Friday, during Jimmy Kimmel Live's timeslot. The special will also air across all Sinclair stations this weekend. In addition, Sinclair is offering the special to all ABC affiliates across the country. Sinclair will not lift the suspension of "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on our stations until formal discussions are held with ABC regarding the network's commitment to professionalism and accountability. Sinclair also call upon Mr. Kimmel to issue a direct apology to the Kirk family. Furthermore, we ask Mr. Kimmel to make a meaningful personal donation to the Kirk Family and Turning Point USA. Regardless of ABC's plans for the future of the program, Sinclair intends not to return "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" to our air until we are confident that appropriate steps have been taken to uphold the standards expected of a national broadcast platform.

This is what I use. It still has MCT oils (though maybe a bit less than canned, definitely more than cartons of coconut milk beverage)

Brian Wilson's white concert piano sits alone onstage. I took this photo at Cuthbert Theatre before a Beach Boys show in July 2014. One of too 5 best days of my life! Cuthbert is an outdoor amphitheater on the Willamette River. The stage's backdrop is the trees on the opposite riverbank, so there is a full green canopy over the stage. In this photo tracks off lighting are above the stage, and sound monitors & other equipment are around the piano.

I'm gonna go back to distracting myself soon, but I thought people should see these.
My mom lying in a hospital bed when she fractured her hips. Her long white grey hair is loose and puffed up by the pillow. She wears a green and beige gown, wristbands on her left wrist and gauze on her right arm. She looks toward camera, distractedly, because she was much more interested in the small stuffed toy she's holding above the tray table in front of her. It was a Halloween gift. It is a small black kitten wearing a purple witch's pointy hat. Another photo of my Mom reclined in a hospital bed with most of her hair braided back and tucked in the collar of peach-colored pajama top this time. She's holding a cup of cranberry juice with a white straw. She is bright-eyed, alert and talking as she turns toward the camera. Mom, again. This time sitting on the edge of her hospital bed wearing a yellow gown with red border at the collar. Her hair's braided and center-parted so that it looks like she has a short ear-skimming bob because she is facing directly forward. She is smiling, mouth closed because she was mid-bite. She holds a fork aloft in her right hand, and in front of her is a plate with scrambled eggs and vegetables, including a big pile of green beans. There is also a clear cup with juice, a white paper cup and a carton of protein drink on the tray table. Behind her are the rumpled blankets, the stuff Halloween kitten, the hospital bed control panel, and the privacy curtains & door. She's very pretty here. Another photo of mom sitting on the edge of the hospital bed in the yellow gown with red border at the collar. She is holding and petting the Halloween black cat in her lap. Her hair is down, loose, and looks like it may have just been unbraided. It's white at her head, and most of it is pushed back and not showing, as it falls down her back, but there are steely grey locks curling down past the front of her right shoulder. She is looking right at camera, as she has just looked up from the stuffed kitty, and has an excited sort of expression to her open mouth, like maybe she's about to tell you about her witchy kitty.
