Check out this postage catalogue from 1923! It got me all excited because the little label at the back of the book reads: "T.M Hibben and Co." Back in the day, some booksellers would label their books in this way, and this particular bookstore was on Government Street in my hometown of #yyj #booksky

If I was a billionaire, I'd write a screenplay on the poem "My Friends" by Robert Service. I'd bully some Canadian network to put it on their streaming service. I'd hire the best editors and a crack cinematographer to capture the beauty of the North.

I recently went to the @royalbcmuseum.bsky.social to check out the newest addition to Old Town: the Hayashi Photo Studio. I thought it was thoughtful and very well executed. It's nice to see these new perspectives being added to permanent exhibits!
