I was SO surprised at how much I enjoyed that movie. Superman has always been my least fave, but on the rec of a friend I trust, I watched it and am so glad I did!!! 😭😭

Viktor lands in Jayce's mind space which looks like their lab. Jayce is happy to be there and explains that the Arcane is not corrupting him, like it did Viktor. It feels different. And Viktor is not really happy. Viktor explains that the lab is not really a place he cherishes because it reminds him of tougher times (when Jayce 'admired' him and not 'loved' him) Viktor suggests that Jayce is only attracted to him since he became a mage; something that Jayce visibly shocks. Viktor explains further that it's okay for him since he found peace with it.

Viktor is concerned about what Jayce saw and wants to end their little game (while Jayce still sees beyond the Arcane) Jayce reassures Viktor that he is fine and that he is no longer afraid because he knows Viktor is by his side. Viktor is surprised that Jayce was able to see beyond the Arcane and admits that he wasn't supposed to see that. He wants to end their game but Jayce wants to show Viktor his mind space. And so he mimics Viktor by placing his hand on his forehead and uses the Arcane to bring both of them to his mind space.
