I mean, this is just delightful. And I can’t imagine a Republican saying anything that charming. It may not be the most urgent thing to criticize about the administration these days, but the sheer absence of joy, fun, lightness, good naturedness from anything they say or do is oppressive too.

Boycott every one of their companies. If they can’t stand up for what’s right, then they are complicit in what’s wrong. Urging peace when the house is on fire is just cowardly advice

So NOW the WAPO Ed Board has the balls to speak up? Where were they during the election that could have avoided all this? Does anyone even care what they have to say anymore?

Among all the things making me sad this week, the idea that this true leader could be working in the WH right now is certainly one of them

Too little too late

The figureheads (Trump, Noem, Hegseth) are incompetent. But not everyone behind them is incompetent. Stephen Miller is evil, but not incompetent.

The message should be simple: ICE isn’t enforcing the law; they’re breaking it. Their position should be that they stand firmly against lawlessness, tyranny and corruption. There is nothing weak about that.

It’s laughable that Bari thinks she’s remotely capable of “restoring the integrity of the news.” Integrity never has been her thing.
