Focusing on staying grounded, awake and aware. I want to respond from a peaceful center as much as I can. I think we are on a long winding path. Take care of each other.

Appreciating the fall knowing it passes through like everything else. I signed up to tutor a child who is learning to read, small acts of good, matter. Everything changes and every good matters. Keep faith.

I like the idea of a place called blue sky. No matter the weather the blue sky still exists. Just knowing it’s there is like knowing that love is ever present even when we can’t see it. The clouds, the rain, the snow, the fog- will all eventually clear. I like remembering this.
