I've been home nesting in my cocoon while it poured rain outside. I decided to make some crispy onion rings in the air fryer. Mistake. Big. 🤣 I ended up having to fry them the conventional way. I really wanted one of those "Bloomin Onions" from Outback. 🧅

I just watched a YouTube video about hiking in Japan where there were a few bear attacks so the hikers all wore bells. There were also bells on the trail to ring. 😳 I used to worry about mountain lions, coyotes & earthquakes when I hiked in the foothills of California. Any hiking stories to share?

I definitely don't have a green thumb🌱 but I'm a really good cook and I can, preserve, pickle and can,vegetables & fruit. New England taught me to be self sufficient.

I definitely don't have a green thumb🌱 but I'm a really good cook and I can, preserve, pickle and can,vegetables & fruit. New England taught me to be self sufficient.
