Huge pet peeve, so many people are hyperaware to mental illnesses like depression and anxiety but to most people insomnia, OCD and PTSD are widely misunderstood, seeing messages like "why didn't you sleep?" or feeling judgemental tones as if my illness is a choice actually grates on me so bad
