Changing seasons means changing birds..

We still have many Steller's Jays but tonight I think we have a Fox Sparrow sharing with a young Dark-eyed Junco, who perhaps appreciates having a big friend around. #birds
Possibly Red Fox Sparrow and you Dark-eyed Junco sticking together in the late afternoon 15 November They're pretty close together but this angle makes the sparrow seem so much bigger. Sandlake Oregon. Nikon D7200

Clouded #sunset over the western field.
It hasn't been that long since I posted a sunset picture from the farm, but things have changed a lot. The red utility building in the field, often featured in those photos can no longer be seen. It isn't gone, it's to the right of the photo, over my shoulder where the sun used to set. But now the sun is so far south I feel like it's ready to disappear. Like I've slipped into a different universe. Everything is fine, I'm sure, but it does not feel like it. North Oregon coast. Fujifilm X-H1.
