Just looked up the box office totals for these. Wow. I knew GPK was a notorious bomb, but I had no idea it tanked so bad it would be a bigger flex than Mac And Me.

If anything, Millennials are the gen that allowed the comic strip to die when they never adopted reading newspapers as a daily habit

Yeah. I don’t remember if the comic series was a big success or not. I can’t remember how I even discovered it. Probably an intriguing cover plus a comixology sale. But when I saw the trailer for the show I checked the IMDb and sure enough, that’s what it comes from.

It’s based on an Image comic from about 10 years ago. I know I enjoyed the series enough to finish reading it, but not enough that I can really remember anything that happened in it.

That’s almost as ridiculous as Demi Moore not getting any nominations until this year.
