Not a bad year - and this doesn't count ~120 hours of Jiu Jitsu. A 36km-per-day bike commute certainly helps.

All up stats - the 402 hours isn't completely accurate as I'd leave things paused while puttering around the house. A good chunk of that was also done on the exercise bike.
