Based on my own research during my two kids' childhood, most of them end up in the bin in yoghurt pots. However, I must admit I did once steal a work teaspoon because it had the perfect handle for cleaning the wax out of my ears.

I used to have the same when I went to London for business trips, in my nose and around my shirt collar. But that's not happened for years since the environmental protections came into place.

Vitamin D is quite toxic in high doses. A very stupid journalist - Gary Null caused a lot of illness a few years ago, by recommending people take high doses. A high dose which will make you ill is about 6x the normal. However, taking more than the 600 units recommended won't do you any good anyway.

My wife and I volunteer doing welfare at music festivals, and it's a real eye-opener how much people rely on their phones. When they've lost it they can't find their friends, pay for food, even can't find their tents. We offer to call their friends or family but it's rare someone knows any numbers.
