I feel the same way whenever a company tries to build their game as an esport and it dies off in a few months, when some of the longest surviving multiplayer games were just made to be fun and many of them are, honestly, very poorly balanced.

Other times fixing bugs is like fighting a hydra.

I know things are bad right now and there is no point pretending they aren't, but always remember that things can get better and you have to be around to see it when they are.

I've been following since before Rare and your journey in game dev has been inspiring. I'm glad you are not put off by the games industry and look forward to whatever you do in the future, but I hope I get to see more of your game design.
