It’s so infuriating how badly we need improvements in air filtration/conditioning and yet this is what gets them talking. I’m afraid to bring my health concerns around air quality to my employer because I worry they’ll just restrict services instead of paying for needed upgrades.

had a chance to listen on the ferry today. very good recommendation! I found the references to current American politics a little jarring but ultimately was so nice to connect to spirit/heart for a while not thought or feeling. very calming. thanks!
