LLM is giving you the idea you are gaining the knowledge, but without the work. This can give you an artificial and sometimes/often false sense of being wiser than you are.

It could fall in the realm of knowing a formula to solve a math problem, versus actually understanding the why behind the math.

They can get some word soup out that sounds pretty good out of some of these LLMs and probably have some truth to it.
But its very far from actually having deep knowledge about a subject, and all the caveats that go with it.
