I wish I had words of advice or support, but I can tell you that you are not alone and tell everyone else that the struggle is real. Hang in there. I’ve found relief in sending my mind on analytical wild goose chases to keep it from cheering for the darkness. Sometimes it works-sometimes it doesn’t.
