it indeed that but not a great version, lacking in whipped cream. the coco and butter icing inside need replacing with proper ganache. regardless it’s a nice sweet treat to finish.

i had neglected to add that mum did the roast. she is amazing ! and now this weird meringue pudding is awaiting me
