A dense wholemeal sourdough with sunflower, sesame and golden linseed. Made with a protein of Hodmedod's Black Wheat flour to give it that dark colour.

This is my favourite tree in my local woods. It's a lime tree, also known as a Linden tree. It exudes a powerful benign energy with just a hint of 'don't mess with me!'... Somehow reminds me of my mum.

Players from my copy of Exploring England: An Introduction To Nature Craft by Charles S 'Squirrel' Bayne. 1944.

This book belonged to my father and was a favourite of mine as a boy.
These stunning prints are by C F Tunnicliffe.

I am, of course, very sad that the much torn fly jacket is missing.
