36 years since the Kegworth disaster, wow time flies 😔
A somewhat wordy and yet understated memorial to the Kegworth air disaster, which happened #OTD 8 January 1989, on a bridge by the M1 at Kegworth, Leicestershire. The motorway has been rerouted slightly at this point in the years since, but the plaque remains in situ.
