#OTILT In a retrospective, single center study, empiric vancomycin and clindamycin or linezolid were used to study the duration of therapy for necrotizing soft tissue infections. The study found empiric linezolid for NSTI was associated with one less day of therapy compared to vanco and clindamycin.
