TIL: By the 18th century, high-heeled shoes had split along gender lines. By this time, heels for men were chunky squares attached to riding boots or tall formal dress boots, while women's high heels were narrow, pointy, and often attached to slipper-like dress shoes (similar to modern heels).

La semaine dernière j'ai lu "La Méduse" de Boum et j'ai trouvé les dessins tellement beaux. C'est très bien écrit et ça nous fait réfléchir à plusieurs choses dont les relations familiales, amoureuses, amicales, et il y a aussi la frustration de commencer à perdre la vue. Je vous le recommande !
