Made it through the day without a visit to the Tech faculty as I thought my trousers might be a little tight after the Summer holidays! ;-) They were tight, but there were no splits in the material today fortunately.

A wet pilgrimage back to Westminster College, Oxford where 3 of us started studying some 33 years ago. Studying theology has a lot to answer for! 1 priest and 2 teachers still going on a legacy of strong friendship.

No surprises that going to some schools improves your chances of an A* grade with more HPAs, but the extent to which comprehensive schools are pressurised to take students who are Level 4 at GCSE and the work needed to get an E grade doesn't show always show in the stats. I will make sure VA shows.
