Of all the people at CES I’d like to pick up in my Uber… this guy is number one on my list!
One of the points I made was in reference to “community notes”. Its being pitched as a new form of moderation. But the reality on X is that almost every time, Notes only show up to the people who volunteer to respond.
They aren’t visible to everyone else. So they really don’t have an impact

This time of year is so full of landmines when it comes to being lonely and having all this thanksgiving and Christmas content constantly reminding me how alone I am.
