I wonder if stadiums see a drop in revenue when BYU is playing because of alcohol sales, or is it like a Baptist thing where everyone still drinks but they just won’t admit it? If so, does that play into their bowl game invitations since it’s all about revenue?

There are multiple College Football Playoff games on today and I could not care less because of Auburn Basketball. What a world.

Alabama fans, strength of schedule isn’t the issue; it’s football theology. Dabo said Jesus wrote the script for Clemson. Applying Calvin’s double predestination means Jesus has sent some to heaven and, by purposeful inaction, sent some (Bama) to hell (non-playoffs). You are no longer elect.

If Jesus wrote this season’s ending for Clemson, per Dabo, then did Jesus write a crappy ending for SMU? The Methodist School??? Did Jesus decide not to get involved in their story? I was able to get a graduate degree in the field but still can’t understand football theology. It’s a thing y’all.

Anyone else find themselves harboring ill will toward West Virginia solely because of their proximity to Virginia…and all of this because of a double dribble in a basketball game 5 years ago? Just me?

I realize Cameron Indoor and Neville seat about the same but Cameron looks so much smaller and not so impressive on video.

Just curious, does the NCAA offer waivers to students based on years of incompetent coaching decisions? I might know of some guys that could take advantage of such a rule.

Every Thanksgiving I think the Westminster dog show will be a fun, nostalgic thing to watch. I’ll make it for 5 minutes before I’m ready to change over to football.

Confession time: until Auburn accounts on Bluesky start live posting games, I’ve got to keep Twitter. I’ve decided my death will come from Auburn sports so in tight games I watch on a slight delay and follow w/ those live posting/tweeting so my heart doesn’t explode in real time. Am I the only one?

New rule, if you are going to be in charge of a made up government agency to reduce spending, you should have to start by cutting the billions dollars of funds your companies currently receive in government subsidies.
