The Autumn Springs Retirement Home Massacre by @pfracassi.bsky.social is a fast paced thriller/slasher with a fabulous final girl who proves age is no barrier to defeating evil. Lots to love about this book. I enjoyed it immensely. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

‘All the Sinners Bleed’ by SA Cosby @blacktopkid.bsky.social is a riveting read. I could not put it down. I love all of Cosby’s work and this one is my new favourite. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’d heard so many great things about Whalefall by @danielkraus.com and the book still exceeded all expectations. There are so many layers to the story that I went from screaming to crying and back again several times over. I couldn’t stop turning the pages. Five gold stars!!

I know I’m late to the table (again) but discovering the work of Graham Joyce is so exciting. What a gem!

Horror Movie by @paultremblay.bsky.social is a five star read and a masterclass in storytelling. Warning: Tremblay’s characters will get inside your head and stay there… but to be fair, you’ll keep on turning the pages, allowing the horror in. This is why I love Tremblay’s work so much.
