I have now- wonderful! I was at school with Emma Johnson, and although she didn’t inspire me to play clarinet, I learned from her how to understand music as communication. It is so powerful to be transfixed by the skill of a peer at that age…… even if, unlike your experience, in a formal setting…..

Almost a monolithic as the Trondheim university Dora archive in a german uboat bunker, which had so thick concrete walls they couldn’t blow it up without destroying the whole city. So they turned it into an archive.

I was amazed to see the Maenofferen no. 2 so complete last week….. and then we had the Rhiwbach tramway to ourselves for the afternoon- perfect!
