When I was listening to James talk about the Gyökeres pen incident and a touch on the ball meaning it’s not normally a pen I kept thinking of the Saliba v Brighton pen from last year. I agree with him really, like handball I don’t really understand whats a pen there anymore

Makes it more frustrating for me that we’re not playing Eze, Merino/Rice are unlikely to play a ball through to Gyokeres and seems to waste his biggest strength

It was for sure, but I do think the onus is on us to go to Liverpool and take points off of them if we want to win the league

It’s also incredibly dull to watch. Just so much passing around the back, Raya standing on the ball and then booting it to City. Last 15 was better but the first 30 minutes was awful
