I honestly don’t think you could play it. It would be the worst game of football ever. You’d have professional players struggling to kick it past 20 yards.

Yeah for sure, although I can’t see it.
If nothing else, if we played in those conditions it would favour Everton anyway. So better to have the game in hand than a higher chance of dropping points.

To an extent. He obviously isn’t the main say. But if he says to Hughes he wants a new striker and he has no intention on using Nunez going forward they will look at it.

If we won tonight we could probably have afforded a draw in what is for us, one of the hardest aways of the season. Now we can’t really afford that it a narrative will start to form.
