A beautiful start to the last day of 2024.
Just before sunrise. Gray clouds hang close to the horizon while the sky shifts from yellow to orange to lavender and then blue above. A low hill and a conical island rest on the horizon. Gentle waves made irregular by the wind reach the dark brown sand in the foreground.

I’m still mesmerized by the colors I get to see on the morning walks

Striking colors for the moonrise
