On the roof, on my back on a warm winter day.
Has anyone done/seen a peer-reviewed analysis of cocktail shaking? I feel like a lot of it is wasted effort (and perhaps not even very interesting performance), but some investigation of fluid dynamics, physical chemistry, etc would be interesting.
