the apps differ pretty starkly in how adversarially useful their data is. tiktok builds detailed profiles of interests/contacts/locations/time use -- v. grindr, where even historic use was sufficient for blackmail and generally didn't expose close contacts. a one-time buy of grindr data was enough

Yes! His comedy on disability is pretty incredible, Daniel Sloss is also good on this. And more points to Gillis on how he speaks to addiction in family members, and even some sharp eye on class. The guy is good
