There’s going to be plenty of idiots objecting. Nonetheless, it’s interesting that they’re already having parking issues. If the site doesn’t work, it doesn’t work.

JC is one of the places I feel safe walking with my toddler. That said, there’s still plenty of room for improvement. 60+ years of car-centric infrastructure can’t be fixed overnight.

How is it Portland and Denver expanded the he’ll out of their light rail quickly, but NJ can’t similarly expand service in northern NJ?

If inclusionary developments (consistent with UHAC) in towns with an unmet need were defined as inherently beneficial, the gaming around VLA would go away.
