Those DVD box sets in HMV were what really hooked me in too! Already a fan but it was a hard show to find. Then saw the Laura Season 1 box set (what a cover!) and had to have it!

Awesome! Great to have people discovering and loving it even now.

I figured we got it much later! Would have made me 12-13 then when I saw it. I would hope BBC2 ran it in order but I know they didn’t with The X-Files which was very confusing!

Totally self discovered and pursued over the years with the Dugpa forum and the early internet fuelling the fire. DVD boxsets became The Gold Box which became The Entire Mystery, then added The Return. Avid trading card collector of all the sets now, which keeps the embers glowing between rewatches.

I was lucky enough to sort of be there from the start, but I was quite young (11). I vividly remember the paper letter under the fingernail and the chess piece murder but not a lot else. I had the European VHS movie when I bought my first VCR and eventually got to watch the whole show when on DVD.

Just more time for Bradley to keep Vini in his pocket!
