Sad to say that this old barn in Entwistle, Alberta is now a pile of ash. It sat near the intersection of two major highways and was a local landmark, in a way. I watched it get lower and lower each time I passed. It must have become a safety issue and was burned.

At Christmas I always remember when I was about 7 and I accompanied my father on the 24th as he shopped for my mom. He chose a china doll like this from a shop on main street in our small town. I still remember my mom’s reaction on Christmas morning. That was the first time I saw a WTF look. #fail

I watched this on Netflix the other day and I still can’t wrap my head around it. My partner, Susan, could barely look when the most hair raising scenes were shown. I work at heights but in no way can I imagine being wired like these skywalkers.
