@gtconway.bsky.social Since you have a legal background and I don’t, can you tell me if a photo of a pistol on a car seat is conclusive evidence of a crime? It’s what the Feds have put out there for our consumption, yet they aren’t posting any of the multiple videos of what actually occurred.

The man who was murdered by ICE today was killed for filming them and more importantly protecting a woman from being attacked, he used his body to shield her.

I fully expect today to be a diplomatic disaster lead by CONVICTED FELON, Donald Trump, resulting in greater concerns for European security. My only positive is that I have invested in European defense companies in anticipation of Trump’s stupid decisions.
