Hi, I’m not in any way undermining the complexity of metal health and anxiety and definitely not saying this was a cure. It was just a moment, a brief escape, like letting out a big scream. Reflecting back on it brings back the same feelings too. It was an acknowledgment that something was wrong.

Absolutely, I don’t make enough excuses to get out. I spun my wheel up a bit getting out of this lay-by. Nice to be out on it.

It really was, I put a lot of effort into creating this evening.

I don’t shave, it’s just a close trim. I prefer to keep a bit there. For life modelling it just looks tidier… which wasn’t the look I was going for at Halloween 😆
