The Not Invisible Act of 2019 established the Not Invisible Act Commission and mandated that it produce a report with recommendations for solving the crisis of sexually assaulted, trafficked, murdered, and missing indigenous women. The links that go to the commission's report are now dead.

Can you explain why access to the monthly temperature and precipitation maps is now restricted to only 2024-2025? Prior to a couple of days ago all maps going back to 2000 were accessible.

I made this chart by compiling all ranks for the nine regions over the period 2001-Aug 2017. The left bar shows the expected rank distributions if climate were stable; the right bar shows the actual distribution of ranks.

Everyone should know that NOAA has just restricted access to monthly temperature and precipitation maps to just the last year. Previously the maps were available going back to 2000.
