A PSA for @chrislhayes.bsky.social & other Latin-riffing @MSNOW talent: potentially faithful viewers don’t *intuitively* know what sui generis, ergo, ipso facto, ad infinitum mean (same with French phrases). Less romance-language riffing, more code-switching for a broader audience = the smarter way.

Steve Gelbs is no Kevin Burkhardt—he's better at "sideline" baseball reporting than KB. Steve is excellent there, but that's where he belongs, IMHO, kinda like Craig Sager.

This is not an example of a distraction. They want to do it.
