You also agree they should be prosecuted and it’s wrong they are not. But rather than admit we agree ICE agents should be charged for crimes, u like snarky better.

So we agree. If they break a state law, they can/should be charged. Local cops do arrest ICE agents for drunk driving. When they break a state law in uniform, they can also be charged. No special law granting the Gov or DA authority is needed. IL Gov granted ICE immunity, will not prosecute.
