From a consumer standpoint, I actually feel like experiences at small businesses (face to face, personal interactions) have gotten better. Maybe its just highlighted by how bad the experience is at the more well known large businesses has become, but hopefully it means something

We bought a Lovesac sectional a couple years ago. It’s great. We also didn’t do the speakers or anything, just the basic couch. Super comfortable. And although we have never really moved it / changed it, certainly like the option in the future
