During 2025 regulated cannabis is set to become New Jersey's 3rd largest industry.

Weed sales within NJ's borders will surpass the global sales of all the agricultural products produced on every farm in the Garden State.

Thank you Cory Booker!

Truly proud that my votes in New Jersey help send this human to the US Senate.

Always outspoken on cannabis legalization, here's Senator Booker meeting with marijuana reform activists in 2017.

former NJ Senate President and now gubernatorial candidate Steve Sweeney endorsed medical home cultivation yesterday - this is a big shift as he previously opposed any homegrow legislation

NEW = independent lab testing reveals serious safety issues with New Jersey's regulated cannabis supply

Pre-rolls had very unsafe mold/pathogens

Pre rolls tested for potency (THC) failed with levels 1/3 or 1/2 of what was on the label

Next week will mark a full year since I was invited to the White House by Vice President Kamala Harris for a roundtable on cannabis justice.

By now we would have been working on national, federal legalization with a Harris admin.

So far, Donald Trump has ignored the plant, again.

Good news: key New Jersey Democrat - Senator Joe Vitale - just cosponsored the bill that would allow medical cannabis home cultivation www.njleg.state.nj.us/bill-search/...

Trying to put whole-plant cannabis into Schedule III won't work.

Deschedule cannabis = completely remove the plant from the Controlled Substances Act (like tobacco and alcohol...).

omfg...having coffee while listening to the 4 Republican candidates for NJ governor debate last night...should have made popcorn

- 3 of them promise to proudly emulate Trump in their own odd way if they're elected
- closing education, attacking unions and equity, aliens...
- zero decorum on stage

Dave Sunday is Pennsylvania's new state Attorney General. He was the York County DA from 2018-2025.

During his tenure 70% of the substance arrest cases were for marijuana. That's much higher than the 45% average for weed statewide; a focus on arresting cannabis consumers.

How can Pennsylvania taxpayers save $200 million per year = simply stop the thousands of ongoing low-level #marijuana arrests.

Pa. also stands to gain hundreds of millions/year with full regulation.

Eighty-two percent (82%) - 1,477 - were for "marijuana"

Note: Cannabis possession is currently decriminalized for juveniles in NJ, NY, DE, OH...
