I once heard from Taylor Holiday that it makes sense to just make content no matter how good it is. So in that spirit, we're doing our best and trying to get better.

E is for enjoy. When I spend time on something, I want it to be worth it. I like being comfortable, so I have loads of vuori shorts. I've had more desserts than I'd like to admit.

N is for nurture. Coaching and teaching people makes me feel accomplished. That's clients, coworkers or the people around me. I also really enjoy investing. That's nurturing money, right?

I is for intellectual integrity. Truth and being genuine is important to me. If I don't know something, I want to figure it out. I want to be able to find the best way to do something. When people are dishonest or don't search for all the facts, it drives me bananas.

W is for wanderlust. I love traveling and exploring. I'll try just about anything once. Beer, wine and experiences with my daughter are my current favorites to try.
