BA in social psychology I worked with at risk teens and disabled workers. I moved on to jack of all trades home construction. Now I keep 40 honey bee hives, and pursue my Ski Mountaineering, Mountain bike and Hiking dreams with my lady, 48 years together.
We need to get back to the moral foundation preached by Martin Luther King Jr. It's the easiest thing, but also the hardest thing for us to do because we have to swallow our pride and see the reality of our interdependence. In our communities, left & right work side by side for the benefit of ALL.

We've also lost the ability to connect with people we disagree with. So how to do that? Many on the left need to use science & learn that using Trump tactics of dehumanization causes people dig in on their POV. But many on the left use that degradation tactic while claiming to be the smart ones.

Calling others fools while invoking fascism risks using the same those same tactics. It feeds into the “elitist” label Trump used effectively. Fighting fascism with its own playbook through degradation undermines us.Offering empathy to victims of fascist propaganda doesn't mimic what we oppose.

Good question. I was blocked by this lady for asking if she condoned what amounts to domestic terrorism.

Here is a screen shot of how this conversation devolved. I’ve seen this pattern many times. He's using performative antagonism dressed up as moral outrage. These people don’t want conversation or seek understanding,they want to tear people down and feel justified doing it.

My last comment was directed at you. Person you are talking with had just recently blocked me & I see that pattern from others who insult then block.I realize the concepts I'm introducing here may be new to some, but are supported by research in my field of study, Social psychology.

Yesterday's top view and a look up last part of the climb. Spring means corn snow in the mountains & flowers in the Valley. Yesterday I did a 'double dip' workout with a 1600' vertical foot ski climb and after, a Mountain bicycle ride through a super bloom. Yellow flowers as far as the eye can see

I recently commented on a substack article. Two of my comments were deleted and the author chose instead to post an insult post. Substack is a place were the narratives are controlled by the page writer. Below, my reply, her two replies, my deleted post reposted and reply to her insult

I posted three comments on that authors substack page.In stead of addressing my points two of those comments were deleted and she add her own insults directed at me. Talk about controlling the narrative.

Blocked by this lady here & on X after asking her if she condones Tesla violence. Is the goal of these type of posts to inspire Tesla rage &harass their owners? We are supposed to support American workers not harass a company addressing carbon emissions and perhaps cause those workers to lose a job.

It's time for rage media to stop fear mongering seniors over SS and Medicare benefit cuts. Musk says that won't happen.

Interesting I can't reply to this persons post below. If he blocked me from replying it seems he doesn't value human connection and choose shutting down human dialogue. The cartoons were my ideas, AI just did the drawing for me and is not a direct copy of any artists work.
