Hurtling slowly towards 60.
If you read the Daily Fail, watch GB News, vote Reform, are a flag shagger or asylum seeker protester, I definitely won't like you or agree with anything you say!

I started to lose my hair in 1993 and soon thought 'fuck it' and went grade 2 buzzcut. I now completely shave my head every few days. I've not been to a barbers in more than 30 years. Why is the current generation obsessed with how they look and what others think?

If you vote Reform and live in any area that Thatcher obliterated in the 1980s this should be enough to warn you off. And it's in The Sun so there are no big words!! Proof that evil runs in the old witch's genes.

Saw @nikkershaw.bsky.social on Friday in Northallerton. An assuming, humble man but what a songwriter. This song about his parents is so beautiful and poignant. It's up there with You're Missing by Bruce for its emotion and making me cry ❤️

I already love all of the League Of Gentlemen so when I saw this was available I just had to listen.
I was not disappointed. Funny, poignant and brilliantly acted. Please do give it a go.

@ottoenglish.bsky.social told me not to share this. So I won't.
Appalled to see this image of Donald Trump and the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein projected onto Windsor Castle.

Please... for the love of all that is good, do not share it on all your social media channels... because it simply wouldn't be done to remind the world of the association

Got a great idea for a race called the Reform 10k. Everyone who enters agrees to donate their entry fee to refugee/asylum seeker charities. Route is a straight 5k, run to the furthest point and run straight back.
All finishers get a t-shirt with 'I've Gone Back To Where I Came From'.
Whaddya think?

Having been down a rabbit hole on Spotify, I just want to put on record (no pun intended) that Bucks Fizz were an excellent singles band. Undiscovered gems like I Hear Talk, Run For Your Life and If You Can't Stand The Heat are excellent pop songs.

Why do they not repeat Big Deal on any channel? Robbie Box is such a great character.
Just found it on YouTube and am as hooked as I was 40 years ago

Interesting article. I've always thought it obvious that Tango In The Night was originally a Lindsey Buckingham solo album, whilst Rumours is more of a band effort. I'm giving both a listen today to see what I think with my 2025 ears on!
