In Epsom hospital they have (or had) a long corridor. At the end was a sign: resuscitation to the right, mortuary to the left.
I often thought if you were on a trolley being pushed down that corridor . . .

The proposal assumes it it the jury which causes the delay. I have covered MANY trials and it is the judges and barristers who are often to blame for the glacial progress some cases make. Can't see how not having a jury is going to change that.
