I'm calorie counting, trying to shed a few belly inches before the wedding in the summer...so my brain is going to be 100% like that come January 😂

This is baffling. There's a new build estate near me in Cardiff, where all the houses come with a air source heat pump as standard. If new builds, in some areas, must be built with heat pumps, why is there such red tape for you?
